I use noughty’s care taker shampoo and conditioner. It’s great for my dry scalp. I will use them on days when I’ve been particularly sweaty at the gym (twice weekly). I’ve started cowashing once a week and I can see the difference! My curls are so nourished. I finish off with the deep conditioner too to really treat my curls. This is a must for curly hair! I wouldn’t use it on days when your hair has a lot of oil, grease or sweat. It will not clean it unless you use a cleanser before cowashing. Also - a big bonus Is that it’s vegan! Amazing.

    • Paso 1

      Para aprovechar al máximo el co-lavado, es importante introducirlo gradualmente, sustituyéndolo por uno de tus champús, y ajustar la frecuencia con la que lo integras en tu rutina.

      Chicas rizadas – usa el co-lavado tan a menudo como lo necesites.

      Cabello seco – introdúcelo una vez a la semana. Si funciona para ti, aumenta la frecuencia hasta cada lavado.

      Cuero cabelludo sensible – introdúcelo cada dos semanas para empezar.

      Cabello tratado con color – usa regularmente después del tratamiento de color para evitar que se desvanezca, y luego ajusta según el tipo de cabello.

      Cuero cabelludo o cabello graso – el co-lavado puede no ser el producto para ti.

      Cabello fino – úsalo intermitentemente junto con un champú voluminizador.

      Paso 2

      Mojar el cabello completamente y aplicar una cantidad generosa en la palma de la mano, frotando las palmas juntas para distribuir el producto de manera uniforme.

      Secciona el cabello según sea necesario y aplica desde el cuero cabelludo hasta las puntas, de adelante hacia atrás, hasta que el cabello y el cuero cabelludo estén cubiertos.

      Masajea el producto en el cuero cabelludo trabajando de adelante hacia atrás.

      Paso 3

      Para obtener resultados máximos, déjalo actuar durante 3 minutos. Enjuaga bien el cabello, masajeando el cuero cabelludo para asegurarte de que todo el producto se haya eliminado.
