Ingredient Science:
Increasing the moisture content of hair is important for increasing its flexibility and strength. The more flexible hair is, the better able to withstand the pressures of styling and brushing without splitting, snapping or breaking. It’s why you’ll see us using combinations of hydrating and moisturising ingredients in To The Rescue’s formulations over and over again – glycerine and plant oils are among the easiest ones to spot. The glycerine increases the moisture content inside the hair shaft and the plant oils enhance the hair's barrier to ensure it stays put.
Aqua/Water/Eau, Cetearyl Alcohol, Cocos Nucifera (Coconut) Oil, Glyceryl Stearate, Glycerin, Butyrospermum Parkii (Shea) Butter, Coco-Caprylate, Cetrimonium Chloride, Olea Europaea (Olive) Fruit Oil, Phenoxyethanol, Sodium Benzoate, Parfum (Fragrance), Citric Acid, Ethylhexylglycerin, Sodium Phytate, Sodium Chloride, Wheat Amino Acids, Helianthus Annuus (Sunflower) Seed Extract, Prunus Amygdalus Dulcis (Sweet Almond) Seed Extract, Tocopherol, Potassium Sorbate, Disodium EDTA, Linalool, Coumarin. Use desired amount of conditioner into palms and rub together to spread evenly.
Focus the conditioner on the mid-lengths and ends of hair. Applying with a comb in the shower can be a great way to achieve even application and detangle with ease.
Leave on hair for 1-2 minutes before rinsing thoroughly from root to tip.
When you’re making the transition to natural haircare products from conventional haircare, essentially, you're asking your hair to go through a detox process. If you’ve ever tried a detox yourself, whether it was to fit back into your favourite dress or simply to feel better after a period of binging (we’ve all been there!), you’ll know they aren’t always the most pleasant of processes.
