Noughty is doing our best to reduce the impact of the Covid-19 virus on our customers. Our warehouse is following the advice of World Health Organisation and the government to ensure the highest level of hygiene standards are being met and orders will be shipped as soon as possible.
Please note that our Free Standard Delivery and Standard Delivery are both shipped 2nd Class through Royal Mail. Due to the increase in online orders and the effects of Covid-19, Royal Mail deliveries are being slightly delayed. Due to Brexit and Covid-19, we have had to temporarily pause all shipping to EU and international orders. We do have retail partners internationally, so please check our Stockist page.
Once an order has been placed, unfortunately we are unable to amend the order. This includes:
- Changing addresses
- Amending the product selection in the order
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Noughty products, if you are not, for any reason we understand.
We offer a refund for the full value of the goods minus any shipping, delivery costs within 30 days from date of despatch.
Return your item in its original condition including:
- Your Name
- Your Address
- Order Number
- Reason for Return
Unfortunately we are not able to refund any used products due to health and safety.

Please ensure the products are wrapped securely and we recommend you use recorded delivery as we cannot accept liability for goods lost in transit.
UK Special Delivery (Next day)
Can’t wait for the Noughty experience? Make sure you place your order before 2pm and opt for Next Day delivery at checkout.
Unfortunately Next Day delivery isn’t available to the following postcodes: AB31, AB33 - 38, AB44, AB45, AB51-56, BT, GY, HS1-9, IM, IV1-56, JE, KA27-28, KW1-17, PA20-78, PH19-50, TR21-25, ZE1-3.
If you have paid extra for Special Delivery and are not around to sign for your parcel, the carrier may leave it with a neighbour or in a safe place (i.e. hidden from sight and protected from the rain) if they think it is safe to do so. A calling card will be posted through your door to let you know this has been done.
If the parcel can’t be left in a safe place or with a neighbour, the carrier will take it back to the local depot, and leave you a card telling you how you can pick it up.
UK Bank and Public Holidays
Any orders placed on UK Bank or Public Holidays will be processed on the next working day.
We can deliver to your permanent residential address or even your place of employment (whatever is easier for you) but we do not deliver to a PO Box address for security purposes.
If you want delivery to reach you at work, please be sure someone will be there to take receipt of the goods as the courier can normally only deliver to the address and not directly to the person.
Noughty also ship to BFPO addresses using our standard delivery option. This is how it works: All BFPO addresses must be registered as UK, rather than the country where you are posted. Royal Mail will then deliver the parcel to the British Forces Post Office in London. It then becomes the responsibility of the British Forces Post Office to deliver your parcel to the correct location. Parcels have to be under 2kg for BFPO addresses.
