Noughy Spin the Wheel Promotion - Terms and Conditions

Please review the following terms and conditions carefully before participating in the Noughy Spin the Wheel Promotion (the "Promotion"). By participating in the Promotion, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Promotion Period:

• The Promotion is valid from 17th March 2024, 09:00 GMT, through to 17th March 2024, 23:59 GMT (the "Promotion Period").

Eligibility:

• The Promotion is open to individuals who are residents of the United Kingdom and are 18 years of age or older as of the beginning of the Promotion Period.
• Employees, agents, and representatives of Noughy, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and their immediate family members or individuals living in the same household are not eligible to participate.

Eligible Delivery:

• Free Delivery is for UK Mainland Standard Delivery, for all services up to £3.95. 

How to Participate:

• To enter the Promotion, visit the Noughy website at https://lovenoughty.co.uk during the Promotion Period.
• Each participant is allowed one spin of the virtual wheel throughout the entire Promotion Period.

Prizes:

• Prizes may include discounts, promotional codes, Noughy merchandise, or other items as specified on the Promotion Website.
• Prizes are subject to availability and may vary.
• Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of compensation.
• All taxes associated with the receipt or use of any prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

Winner Notification:

• If you win a prize, you will receive on-screen notification immediately after spinning the wheel.
• Follow the provided instructions to claim your prize.
• Failure to claim a prize within 7 days may result in forfeiture.

General Conditions:

• Noughy reserves the right to disqualify any participant for tampering with the Promotion or violating these terms and conditions.
• Noughy is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries or for any technical malfunctions of the website.
• Noughy reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Promotion at any time for any reason.

Limitation of Liability:

Governing Law:

• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from or related to this Promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the United Kingdom.
